Growth in Ecommerce is continuing to change and drive usage of credit and debit cards to make online payments. We will therefore continue to build and develop our team, resources and IT systems to meet the challenges ahead.
Our team constantly review and evaluate new products and corporate partnerships to enable members to extract even more value from their membership. This enables us to refresh our offer and launch new products and services that will help members to serve their customers better, reduce costs and grow revenues.
Additionally, strategic partners use the value of our membership package to reward and retain customers or generate interest to attract new business. This has been particularly effective for other buying groups and associations who are now recommending Cardsave as their exclusive provider of payment and commercial services.
Our most important task going forward is to continue to provide service excellence and support to each and every individual member. The next stage of investment in our terminal estate will ensure merchants benefit from updated security in the fight to prevent card fraud, are enabled to take advantage of the growth in Contactless payments and ready to create revenue and serve their customers better with new products and services.
