It is possible to drive targeted traffic to your store thought your eShop admin panel with the powerful set of marketing and search engine optimisation utilities to you.

To access your eShop many of your visitors will start by using a search engine such as Google, they will probably search for a specific product or brand they are interested in buying, this is a search term. Once they have entered their search term and hit the search button they will then be presented with a range of websites who potentially sell the product your visitor is looking for.  This is where your business should be displayed but you are probably competing against many other online stores selling the same products so you need to get search engines to take as much notice of you as possible.

This month we are going to take a look at how you can add keywords to your  products to will help inform search engines you are relevant to what your visitors search terms.

Step 1
Log into your eShop and navigate to marketing / SEO section to access the range of options available, click on the product keywords option and scroll the page until you reach the link to review keywords, click this linkto procced.

Step 2
You will see a list of all your products, with or without keywords assigned to them, add the keywords you associate with the relevant products, make sure you separate your keywords or phrases with a comma.

Step 3
You can add keywords to existing products just select the edit option and scroll to the enter keywords option, You will find an input box to open the keyword entry area, Tick this box to proceed.

Step 4
Add multiple keywords to this
producct or an existing product by listing all the word or phrases in the input box and seperating them with a comma individualy, these can also be edited at a later date.
