The CardSave tax investigations protection service is backed by an insurance policy which CardSave has taken out with Abbey Tax Protection.
The service does not reimburse you for additional tax, interest or penalties which may become due as a result of the enquiry or dispute, but will ensure that you can have professional representation by Abbey Tax, at no cost, so that you can be defended against unfair HMRC accusations.
To counter the innovative, more aggressive actions of HMRC, we have reviewed the scope of the Standard Protection Service, provided under the current CardSave membership package.
